  Aim of the Activity: The aim of this project is to make students acknowledge the different festivals celebrated in various like countries India, Ireland and China. Sub-Activity 1: Grandparents' day will also be observed in both the schools by the students of Grade 3 and 4 to celebrate the Chinese Chong yang festival to pay respect to the elderly. Grandparents are the ones with silver in their hair and gold in their hearts. What is a balanced diet? • A diet that contains all the nutrients such as carbohydrates, fats, roughage etc. in the right amount. What is the importance of working out? • Physical and mental development. • Health status of the family as well as the society. • Increases longevity Types of nutrients and the amounts needed for healthy lifestyle. Sub-Activity 1: The students grade 5 and 6 had a talk with the nutritionist to make children aware about the various kinds of nutrients and their amount needed for healthy life style.
