Curriculum activity 4- Festive Lollapalooza (Collaborative activity)

 Aim of the Activity:

 The aim of this project is to make students acknowledge the different festivals celebrated in various like countries India, Ireland and China.

Sub-Activity 1:

Grandparents' day will also be observed in both the schools by the students of Grade 3 and 4 to celebrate the Chinese Chong yang festival to pay respect to the elderly.Grandparents are the ones with silver in their hair and gold in their hearts.

 St. Xavier's World School celebrated the one of its kind grandparents day respect and tribute to the elder ones as a part of British Council activity 'Festive Lollapalooza'.

Investiture  Ceremony Leading when it matters! The Investiture Ceremony is a proud moment for a school. The indomitable spirit of young talented leaders of St. Xavier’s World School was commemorated Investiture Ceremony on July 26, 2023. The investiture ceremony signifies the belief and poise that the school consigns in the newly invested office bearers. The deserving young Xavierites were formally bestowed with the responsibility of leading their School from the front with their commitment, confidence and competence. Duties were vouchsafed to inculcate the leadership qualities and to give students a feel of functioning of the administrative body, a new school council for the year 2023-24 was invested. The ceremony was started with the prayer song followed by the classical dance presented by the senior girls.
