Mindfulness in Action – Grades 4 & 5

 Our students participated in a calming mindfulness session that began with a relaxing guided meditation, helping them unwind and clear their minds.

This was followed by a thoughtful activity where children explored newspapers to find positive words. They read, identified uplifting words, and wrote them down on a sheet—focusing on bringing positivity into their thoughts.
